Valiant Hearts: The Great War (PS4)

Wow, its been a long time since I played a 2D game.
I tried last night this game, and I was impressed how such a clear crisp game, without using any amazing/ultra-techy game engines, bonded with me emotionally. Just the start of the game is heart braking (because the context is the First World War) due to the premisses that a family is placed apart from each other. And you already know in your gut, that something will not end well with some characters.
I immediately was the main player and the way that the game presents you the first 5 minutes, is the most remarkable bonding that I ever got in the last couple of years.
I pushed through some levels to read some more history context and to see how the story folds out.
Get this game, it is worth it.
Hat´s off to Ubisoft

The Order 1866 (PS4)

Its a beauty, I tell you.
A technological marvel, an in-depth steampunk dream, where walkie talkies kinda exist, old record voice quality style.
Very slow paced, and hic-up story, I feel that sometimes I am in a postcard of London.
I stopped more times to look at the scenery than I´ve done any actually gaming.
I like the game, and the core game structure, but after 2hours I´m already at chapter 3, and getting concerned that the end game is coming.
Was this game made as a Prologue, Metal Gear Solid - Ground Heroes style?
I like what I´m seeing and I want more, @Ready at Dawn.
I would prefer to see the content and in-game engine tuned to something more Sherlock Holmes.
Action bits and I really mean bits, are solid. The character itself needs just slight more fluidity, but overall ok
Amazing Cinematography and lighting, but strangely I cannot see myself reflected in mirrors.
Why are there dissidents & werewolves....I mean, put this game engine with Moriarty and I would just not stop playing till the end.

Btw, this movie, erg. game is better than 007 Spectre, from a pace, story way.

Star Wars The Old Republic (PC)

I actually bought the game in late 2011 or was it 2012?
50 euros migrated from my wallet to Bioware because I was really excited :)
Take in consideration that Fallout 4 is out for a couple of days and I don´t have it, really means that SWTOR (Star Wars The Old Republic) was really special to me.

Oh well. I enjoyed it, but at that point in time the MMORPG game type was really not making it out for me. In addition there was something "plastic" about the characters and the motion that I just not get it, or felt comfortable.

Nonetheless, I´m back and taking my time, as they have implemented a major "smart" re-structure by releasing more tuned single player content (was the game anytime a group game?) ONLY available to subscribers. Therefore I´m going to give it a go and slowly level some characters during the Christmas Holidays. Yes, yes, the Force Awakens will release, and based on the major plot points already leaked I guess it will be decent. Hopefully not very forced.

Btw. 007 Spectre was a disappointment at a level I cannot remember.Much worse than the Hobbit for yawn effect.
